Renting a motorcycle in JET Rent a Car is truly very Easy
Know what you need to know to enjoy our motorcycle rental services in Medellín.
Observations
DELIVERY AND RETURN
The delivery and return of the motorcycle can be in our office in El Poblado Park.
FREE DELIVERY
We also have the option of delivery and return to your home at no cost in El Poblado, Laureles, Envigado and Sabaneta.
DAYS OF RENT
A rental day is equivalent to 24 hours counted from the moment of delivery of the motorcycle.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
The motorcycle is delivered washed and tankado full gasoline, and must be returned in the same condition in which it is received. In case of receiving the dirty motorcycle, outside of normal and reasonable standards, a washing fee will be charged for $ 10,000 COP.
SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
In case of not having the vehicle reserved at the time of rental, JET Rent a Car will provide a similar motorcycle of the same or better characteristics.
INSPECTION OF DELIVERY
All motorcycles are inspected within 3 business days after their return by a certified technician.
Motorcycle rental has the following requirements:
Valid for adults. High cylinder for over 21 years.
Original Identity Document: (Citizenship Card, Alien Registration Card or Passport).
Current driving license for the term of the lease.
At the time of the rent, you must make a deposit with a credit card of $ 1,000,000. $COPThis deposit will be returned 5 business days after the motorcycle returned to satisfaction, without photo fines or subpoenas.
The payment of the rent, must be canceled in full at the time of removing the motorcycle from our agency.
Additional drivers are subject to an additional charge.
Extensions of deadlines or late returns generate additional charges.
For all our motorcycles for rent
Motorcycle rental includes the following:
Premium insurance policy to the driver.
Insurance: Partial coverage for collision or theft at 80%, deductible 20% or minimum $ 900,000 $COP.
Third Party Liability Insurance to 100% without deductible, with a cap of $ 400 million.
Home delivery and return at no cost
Unlimited mileage within Colombian territory
24/7 support
A full face helmet and a pair of gloves
Reasons to determine the cancellation of the reservation
Inconsistency in the documentation when removing the motorcycle.
The non-presentation of the client at the time and date of the rent without giving prior notice.
The presence of the holder of the credit card to guarantee the guarantee.
Our company does not refund monies received for booking concepts, or return of the vehicle before the agreed time, nor for rain or bad weather.
The non-payment of the total rent at the time of removing the vehicle.
Not having the space available on the credit card at the time of picking up the vehicle.
Late return of the rented motorcycles:
For late returns there is a charge for extra hours, $ 10,000 COP per hour for scooters, $ 20,000 COP per hour for sports and $ 30,000 COP per hour for high cylinder.
